1.1 Gx18b20 temperature sensor series products
Gx18b20 is a single bus temperature sensor, the chip has 64 bit ID address code, the measurement range is - 55 ℃ ~ + 125 ℃; the accuracy is ± 0.4 ℃ in the range of - 10 ℃ ~ 75 ℃, and the full temperature range is ± 1 ℃. The highest temperature resolution of the chip is 0.0625 ℃, and the fastest conversion time is 30ms. The chip has an ultra wide interface voltage range of 2.5v-5.5v; the chip is designed with low power consumption, and the standby current consumption is 1uA / 3V (typical value). In order to meet the application of different environments, the ESD protection capability of the chip design (hbm8000v).

1.4 Temperature sensor with memory
In order to meet the needs of temperature measurement and storage integration of customers, Zhongke Galaxy core has introduced a single chip solution of temperature + storage, which has 1024bit built-in non-volatile storage space for secondary calibration of temperature curve or storage of user information. When working in the temperature calibration mode, the chip can adjust - 0.4375 ℃ + 0.4375 ℃ for every 0.5 ℃ in the temperature range of 128 ℃, and the adjustment accuracy is 0.0625 ℃, which can meet the needs of users with wide temperature range and high accuracy.
