Product overview
The pressure sensor system chip is implemented in MEMS + CMOS technology, which is a single chip implementation mode, which greatly reduces the chip size. The overall error of the sensor is less than 1%, and the pressure measurement range varies according to different models. The sensor has the characteristics of short circuit protection between output end and power or ground, and output full swing. The operating voltage of the chip is 5V, and the operating temperature range is - 40 ℃ ~ 140 ℃.
