Zhongke Yinhe chip is an entrepreneurial team from the Institute of microelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Its products cover three directions: temperature and humidity sensor series, pressure sensor series, single bus chip series (mainly label chip). Its products include distributed temperature and humidity sensor chip, single chip RFID + temperature chip, single chip pressure sensor, single bus series chip, etc. Application fields include automotive electronics, industry, intelligent manufacturing, communication and Internet of things. With the basic structure of sensor unit + signal conditioning, the company's core technologies include single chip moisture temperature detection technology, high-precision temperature and humidity detection technology, wireless temperature measurement technology, sensor calibration technology, mass temperature calibration testing technology, etc., and it also has software design ability, RF chip design ability, system research and development ability.
In the first half of this year, Zhongke Yinhe core has successfully mass produced high-precision temperature sensor chips gx18b20h and gx20mh01, with the highest accuracy of ± 0.1 ℃, which can be widely used in medical electronics, drug storage, high-precision industrial measurement and other fields.
At the same time, the temperature sensor chip gx20me04 with storage function was successfully developed, which is a distributed temperature sensor chip with 1024b storage space, each chip has a unique 64 bit ID code in the world; each chip has 1024b storage space, which can be used to store secondary calibration temperature information or user-defined information. When working in the temperature correction mode, it can adjust - 0.4375 ℃ - + 0.4375 ℃ every 0.5 ℃ in the temperature range of 128 ℃, and the calibration step is 0.0625 ℃, which can make the sensor reach the accuracy of 0.1 ℃ in a very wide temperature range. The precision of gx20me04 in the range of - 10 ℃ ~ + 70 ℃ can reach ± 0.4 ℃. The static standby power consumption of the chip is less than 1uA.
In addition, the water sensor chip developed by Zhongke Yinhe core has developed application programs in the fields of grain, soil, etc., and started scale testing.

Due to the limitation of technical conditions, the current grain situation monitoring program mainly relies on the distributed multi-point monitoring temperature and the fixed point monitoring humidity in the warehouse to monitor the grain storage.


But in fact, at present, the single temperature detection system can not monitor the moisture content of grain, so it can only intervene in the treatment after the temperature rise of grain mildew has caused losses. This indirect, passive and afterwards method can not detect the specific moisture content of grain, which will cause certain losses. And the integrated real-time monitoring of temperature and moisture can be involved in advance, quantitative determination of grain moisture content, better prevention of grain mildew, better storage and preservation of grain.


Based on this, Zhongke Yinhe core has also developed a temperature and moisture integrated sensor for positioning the grain industry, and developed a grain temperature and moisture monitoring system in cooperation with Beijing Jiahua Chuliang, providing a complete solution to help downstream cable customers upgrade and transform the current single temperature detection system as soon as possible.


Up to now, Zhongke Yinhe core has one authorized invention patent, three invention patents in the substantial examination stage, one utility model patent, four integrated circuit layout patents and five software copyright authorizations. At present, the cooperative customers include 5 A-level suppliers, Huamai, Kexin, shuoren, etc.
